Hi Borderland! I am a multi-media journalist for KFOX14 and CBS4. I graduated from Coronado High School -- go T-Birds! It’s so good to be back home.

I joined the newsroom in May 2017.

Most recently, I was an anchor/reporter for KCBD NewsChannel 11 in Lubbock, TX.

While I was there, I had the privilege of traveling to Washington, D.C. to cover Honor Flight. Honor Flight is a trip where local veterans get to see the memorials built in their honor.

I also covered the high-profile murder trial of Dr. Thomas Michael Dixon and the Mark Ysasaga Case.

I graduated from Texas Tech University in May 2013 with a dual degree in journalism and English.

While at Tech, I worked as a reporter for the student-run Daily Toreador and MCTV.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time with family, friends and my puppy, Lucy.

I love food and am always on the hunt for a new place to try. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

I am so happy to be back in the Borderland, and to be able to tell your stories.

If you have any story ideas, you can email me at

Don’t be shy, I love meeting new people!
