Two vehicle crash leaves three people dead in Chaparral, New Mexico

New Mexico State Police responded Friday night to a two-vehicle crash in Chaparral, New Mexico.

According to Lt. Mark Soriano, Public Information Officer with the NMSP confirmed that three people were killed in the collision.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Steve Drive and Angelina Boulevard.

Their identities, ages, and sex have not been released at this time.

NMSP responded to the call at 9:15 p.m.

Multiple injuries were reported in the collision and 3 people were transported to University Medical Center in El Paso.

The extent of their injuries are unknown.
