Highchairs, air conditioners, multicookers recalled
Graco is recalling Table2Table 6-in-1 Highchairs due to a fall hazard.
The high chair’s rear legs can pivot out of position, making the chair unstable and posing a fall hazard.
Graco received five injuries to children who received bumps and bruises and 38 reports of the rear leg pivoting out of position.
About 36,000 units are being recalled.
The chairs include model number 1969721. The product was sold exclusively at Walmart stores.
Consumers should immediately stop using the highchairs and contact Graco at 800-345-4109 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.
Goodman Company is recalling about 534,000 packaged terminal air conditioners/heat pumps due to a burn and fire hazard.
The company says the fan motors can overheat, posing burn or fire hazards.
Goodman has received nine reports of PTACs catching on fire, including one report of smoke inhalation.
Models that begin with the following prefixes are included in this recall: EKTC15, EKTH15, PMC15, PMH12, PMH15, PTC15, PTH12, PTH15, UCYB15 and UCYH15.
Consumers should recall Goodman at 888-803-0512 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT Monday through Friday for a free installation kit.
Double Insight is recalling multicookers due to a fire hazard sold exclusively at Walmart. The name of the product is Gem 65 8-in-1 multicookers.
The manufacturer believes the multicooker can overheat and melt on the underside.
About 104,000 are being recalled.
Gem 65 8-in-1 and a batchcode of 1728, 1730, 1731, 1734 or 1746 are printed on the rating label on the underside of the product.
Double Insight has received 107 reports of overheating, five resulting in minor property damage.
Consumers are advised to return the product to Walmart.
