Madrid-Henriquez said she and her daughter were fleeing to America because of corruption and violence in El Salvador.
Garcia says her client has been going through an emotionally tasking experience without her daughter, who is currently at an immigrant shelter in Phoenix.
Madrid-Henriquez hopes to be reunited with her daughter on Friday.
