Sarah Mendoza and David Krahn were arrested for possession of cocaine.

Officers found over 20 pounds of cocaine in a trailer as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.

Sarah Mendoza, 36, was stopped for speeding Monday on Executive Center, according to police. Officers say she was driving a white Lincoln Navigator pulling an enclosed trailer.

David Krahn, 47, was the passenger in the SUV.

An El Paso police K-9 detected 10 bundles of wrapped cocaine inside the trailer during the search of the vehicle, police said.

The drugs weighed a total of 26.32 pounds.
