A nonprofit animal sanctuary in Deming, New Mexico, is asking people to take dogs, if they can, after the organization was evicted.

Ruff Ruff Sanctuary was evicted on Monday, according to a Facebook post published by an animal rescue in Alamogordo.

The post mentioned there are 80 dogs at the property.

People in Deming are working with the homeowner and the Luna County Sheriff’s Office to try to make arrangements to transfer the animals.

If anyone would like to take a dog, you can email Jamie at JonesJa23@Gmail.com.
