EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The man who is serving time for the death a nurse in 2017 will be allowed to come and go.
Lorenzo Anchondo was ordered to serve a half year in jail for intoxication manslaughter in the death of Xiaoyan Shi.
KFOX14/CBS4 obtained a document that states he is allowed to leave jail between 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. for work starting Thursday.
Anchondo was convicted earlier this month.
Anchondo was driving while intoxicated when he crashed into a stop sign that fell on Shi, killing her on Mardi Gras night.
