Valentine’s Day is a day filled with romance, love and colorful hearts, and if you are looking to tie the knot, the county is willing to help.

On Feb. 14, Third Judicial District Judge Mary Rosner will be on hand to perform free wedding ceremony for any couple.

Rosner will be available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Couples interested in a unique photo opportunity can be handcuffed together by a Dona Ana County deputy after the ceremony, officials said.

There will also be refreshments available for the public.

Ceremonies will be performed on a first-come, first-served basis, but couples need to have a valid New Mexico marriage license prior to the ceremony.

For information about New Mexico marriage license requirements, call the Dona Ana County Clerk's Office at 575-647-7421.
