Former El Paso police officer sentenced for invasive visual recording charges

A man used to be part of the El Paso Police Department was sentenced to jail for recording two women while he was duty.

Brian Michael Lujan was sentenced to 18 months in state jail after he pleaded guilty to two counts of invasive visual recording.

Lujan was arrested in February 2017.

He was also charged with one count of sexual assault, but it was dropped as part of the plea agreement.
