Early morning Tuesday, fog rolled into the Borderland.

Monday's rainfall brought moisture. Meteorologist Brad Montgomery said when the temperature dropped overnight, fog formed.

Early morning commuters had to deal with low visibility and had to reduce their speed because of the dense fog.

Most of the fog was visible in west El Paso, as seen on TxDOT cameras.

After sunrise, the fog mixed into the atmosphere, which made it harder to see, Montgomery said.
