El Pasoans to vote on design for children’s museum

Designs for the El Paso children’s museum have been narrowed down to three, and the public could decide which one will be selected.

KoningEizenberg from California, Snohetta from Oslo, Norway and TEN Arquitectos from Mexico City submitted designs for the new museum, which will be construction in downtown El Paso.

Beginning at noon on Tuesday until midnight Dec. 15, the public is encouraged to vote for their favorite design at the museum’s website.

The designs will be available to view on the website once the contest is live, and people can view the designs in person at the El Paso Museum of Art during regular hours.
