Economic development events free to public

During National Economic Development Week, the City of El Paso and community partners are hosting a series of events focusing on local economic development.

Economic Development Week is about recognizing efforts to promote growth, job creation and improvements to El Paso’s quality of place.

The City of El Paso with El Paso County, Ciudad Juarez, Progress321, Borderplex Alliance, the Downtown Management District, the Medical Center of the Americas and other community partners are hosting a series of events highlighting economic development efforts and the strategy for the region.

“The growth we continue to experience is due to our regional strategic plan and collaborative efforts. By positioning El Paso as a region, we have increased our opportunities to attract new businesses to our community.
