EL PASO, Texas — After seeing a small decline before the holidays, the City of El Paso is once again seeing more positive cases.
The demand for testing in El Paso has skyrocketed as we get into the new year.
CBS4 has been seeing long lines at the city's various testing facilities.

CBS4 spoke with people this week who say they've waited anywhere between an hour to three hours.
City officials say there is not enough staff working at these sites to keep up with the demand.
COVID-19 has greatly impacted the number of people able to show up to work currently, about 20% of staff have been unavailable.
