Boy band CNCO scheduled to perform in El Paso

CNCO is coming to El Paso on Jan. 27.

Popular Latin boy band CNCO is coming to El Paso.

The band is bringing its "World Tour 2019" to the El Paso County Coliseum on Jan. 27.

Tickets range from $50 to $500 plus a fee. They go on sale Sept. 21 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at the El Paso County Coliseum Box Office or on Ticketmaster.com.

CNCO has been at the top of the charts since its debut album “Primera Cita,” which became a worldwide success.

Last year, CNCO sold out 40 concerts in 15 different countries. This year’s follow-up, multiplatinum album, “CNCO,” debuted at No. 1 on iTunes’ digital sales chart in 13 countries, including the United States. It has since been certified diamond.

Christopher Velez, Erick Brian Colon, Joel Pimentel, Richard Camacho and Zabdiel De Jesus, who make up the group, emerged from the reality show “La Banda,” which is produces by Latin superstar Ricky Martin and Simon Cowell’s production company.
