KFOX Pet Pals and El Paso Animal Services find more than 100 "furever" homes

    Fall Fur Me adoption event will be November 16th through the 18th at El Paso Animals Services. <p>{/p}

    This fall more than a hundred animals in the Borderland will start the holiday season off in a new (and hopefully) "furever" home.

    KFOX Pet Pals partnered with the City of El Paso Animal Services to host an adoption event to help save lives and pair up adopters with their forever best friend.

    The organization reported that throughout the event, which started Friday and ended Sunday evening, 111 animals were adopted.

    The event was called "Fall Fur Me."

    Thousands of animals find themselves homeless and in the street or at local rescues throughout the borderland.

    With the holidays upon us we know that many families are looking to add a furry family member and want to encourage them to adopt!

    All adoptions were free and included spay/neuter surgery, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, rabies certificate and city registration.
