Carpe Diem: Sip and Paint

Carpe Diem: Sip and Paint

On a cool fall or winter day in the Borderland you may be inspired to take on an indoor project.

Board and Brush on El Paso's Westside is part of one of the fasting growing franchise concepts in the United States --

A a system coming to be known as "sip and paint".

In this report, it was military night at Board and Brush.

The class was a mix of military friends, couples, parents and teens like me and my son, newcomers and regulars.

The concept at Board and Brush separates itself from the pack of similar franchises by offering a wine bar and a wood-shopproject you take home.

Classes typically last about two to four hours, and you sign up on line and pay for your project before you arrive.

Once you get there it is all set up and the only thing left is to settle in, sip and start sanding.
