Starting Friday through spring break, teachers will be able to watch free movies at Alamo Drafthouse.

The Drafthouse is celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week from Friday through March 18.

Educators, faculty members, administrators and school employees will receive free admission during that time.

“Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Montecillo is honored to celebrate all of the hard work and dedication that educators, administrators and school employees give to students in El Paso,” said Analiza Guzman, Creative Manager at Alamo Drafthouse Montecillo. “Nobody deserves a relaxing spring break more than our educators, so we’re excited to welcome them with the Alamo experience.”

Preschool, elementary, high school and university employees can bring a current ID or other proof of employment to the box office to redeem their free ticket. Homeschooling parents may bring documentation that shows they are teachers, too.

The offer can be used for one free ticket per screening and must be redeemed in person.

The screenings of “Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon: The Musical” and “Afternoon Tea: Belle” are not eligible for the offer.
