Doug Anthony, the owner of Art Masters, shares how to best preserve life's most cherished memories in this week's edition of "Do My Job."

Anthony teaches KFOX14 morning news anchor Kelly Anne Beile how to best conserve items from a WWII veteran that have become family heirlooms. The process is similar to what the best museum curators at the Smithsonian do in Washington, D.C.

Anthony says the most important thing to remember as a framer is to ask questions. As for clients, he says the most important thing you can do is notice how the framer treats your pieces from the moment the items are handed over at the counter. If the framer is careless in the beginning, he suggests questioning how your items will be treated behind the scenes.
